What the heck is a Daily Order Limit?

Since Covid-19 emerged across the globe and in Canada last year, interest in planting seeds, growing beautiful gardens and growing food for yourself and your family has taken off like a rocket to levels that no seed company could prepare for in short order.

Unlike last year at this time, we are doing everything we can to not have to shut down orders completely.  But, we have to limit the volume somehow.

Here are some of the measures we are taking to meet the increase in demand and take care of our customers as well as possible.

  1. We are limiting the # of daily orders we are taking to ensure that previously placed orders can be shipped quickly.  Temporarily limiting orders allows our teams to pack and ship orders on a timely basis.
  2. We have added additional staff and additional shifts to increase production and fulfilment of orders.

Once we have reached our daily order limit, we will reset that limit at 12:00am CST.

And like any good farmer will tell you, next year will be better.  We take that approach in learning from this current situation to find ways to improve.  Thank you for your support and patience during this challenging time.  We look forward to continuing to help you thrive.
