Cosmos Seashells Mix

Blooms in creamy and pastel white, pink, rose and carmine are 3 in. across and are lightly rolled like seashells. Bright, colorful daisy-like blooms on 36-48 in. stems with ferny leaves.

Planting Instructions
Start seed outdoors as soon as soil can be worked. Cover seed very lightly and keep the soil moist until all seedlings appear. For earlier flowers start seed indoors 4 weeks in advance of intended date for moving the plants to the garden. Germinates best at 21°C usually in 7 – 14 days. Reduce temperature to near 12°C after the seeds sprout for best results. These plants prefer full sun and a well drained soil, avoid soggy locations. They are susceptible to rotting at soil line if soil is kept too wet. Fertilize with 10-52-17 water soluble fertilizer to encourage strong rooting. Garden spacing 24 in.
