Suggested Applicator Rates:

Incorporation in soil and as a side dressing on hanging baskets, flower beds, rose beds, vegetable gardens as side dressing, under shrubs and trees. Use approximately 1 to 2 lbs per 100 square feet. If used in potted plants eg. Begonias, Geraniums, Salvia, Fuchsias, Petunias, Impatiens and Ageratum.

Standard 4″ pot – use 1/4 tsp.

Standard 5″ pot – use 1/2 tsp.

Standard 6″ pot – use 1 light tsp.

1 gallon pot – use 1 tsp.

5 gallon can – 2 tbsp.

For garden and flower beds: 1-2 lbs per 100 square feet as broadcasted or see pot application above.

For shrub maintenance: 1-2 lbs per 100 square feet, 2 times per year – in spring 2 t 4 weeks after flowers reach peak bloom and also late fall about the time deciduous trees lose their leaves.
