Description

A unique vegetable marrow type. Large, long, creamy fruits are almost cylindrical and have a slightly thicker blossom end. Generally the surface is smooth but may sometimes have distinct ridges. Fruit tends to grow larger when summers are cool most of the time (day max 23 C (73 F), night min 12 C (54 F) ). Individual plants may exhibit a certain amount of vine-like growth. Most plants are more bush-like than vine-like. Please note that vegetable marrow can exhibit considerable variation in fruit colouration from very pale greenish white, to darker green, to pale greenish-white with darker green stripes. Occasionally crops can almost be indistinguishable from zucchin
