Amelanchier alnifolia ‘Smokey’ – A popular
commercial variety–as fruit will ripen all at the same time! The berries
are ex­cep­tion­al­ly large and have a sweet flavour. Excellent for
fresh eating, jams and desserts. A very or­na­men­tal shrub with great
fall colour. Mature height 3 m (9 ft). Hardy down to zone 2a.
