Scentara® Dark Magenta is the newest colour in the Scentara series. Large trusses of vibrant magenta-purple flowers rise above red-tinged foliage, with that classic, delightful lilac fragrance.
It blooms in early to mid spring and flowers young, even in a container. The disease-resistant leaves can turn deep purple-black in fall when the weather is cool. It's hardy to -45°C.
Use it for hedges, screens or as a fragrant specimen shrub in full sun. Prune right after flowering to keep next year's blooms.
