Pumpkin 'Porcelain Princess' is a hybrid with shiny, pale pink fruit, deep ribs and a flattened shape. Fruit averages 7-10lb.
The bright orange flesh is sweet and rich, with a flavour like kabocha squash.
Use it for fall displays, then bake, roast or make soup. Vines are long, so give them plenty of room.
