What are your store hours and how can I contact you?

Our retail store at 7724 Roblin Blvd, Headingley MB is open year-round: Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am–4:00pm. Customer service is available Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm CST at 204-895-9962 (Option 2) or garden@ttseeds.com. We are closed on most holidays.

How does the 10% early order discount work?

Place an order of $110.00 or more on qualifying items before February 10th to receive 10% off. The discount applies automatically at checkout for eligible purchases.

How do I use my store credit or gift certificate?

Store credit is not visible online and can only be used in-store or by phone with customer service (204-895-9962, Option 2). Gift certificates purchased online are emailed to you; call customer service if you need a physical copy mailed.

Can I check out as a guest, and how do I create an account?

Guest checkout is not available. Create an account at ttseeds.com/my-account to order online, or call customer service during business hours to place an order by phone.

How do I request a catalogue?

Request a catalogue at ttseeds.com/catalogue-request. If you've placed an order within the last 12 months, you should receive one automatically.

What does 'Perishable' mean on product listings?

Items tagged 'Perishable' are bare root stock or bulbs/tubers. These items ship in spring once temperatures are consistently above freezing. Sweet potato slips, being very tender, are typically the last perishable items to ship (early May).

Is the Manitoba Master Gardener discount available online?

No, the Manitoba Master Gardener discount is available in-store only.

I'm new to gardening—how do I get started with seeds?

Starting seeds is easier than you think—anyone can do it! You just need a few basics: a seed starting tray, quality starting mix, and a warm spot with good light. Our Deluxe Seed Starting Kit includes everything a new gardener needs: a heat mat, the T&T Starter Kit with trays and cells, plant labels, and a marking pen. We also carry Jiffy peat pots and pellets that make transplanting simple—just plant the whole pot in your garden.
