WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Role: Warehouse Associate
Full-time Seasonal:
1 position start February 1, 2026 - May 30, 2026
2 positions start March, 2026 - May 30, 2026
Salary/Wages: Starting at $16.00/hr
THE POSITION
We are looking for highly motivated and hardworking individuals to work in our warehouse. Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work on multiple tasks, and be a team player. This is a dynamic position and primarily includes tasks related to the production, picking, packing, and shipping of our seeds and perishable stock to customers across Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Prepare, package, and perform quality control on seed orders
- Fulfilling customer orders in a timely fashion with a focus on accuracy
- Prepare, package, and perform quality control on young rootstock including roots, bulbs, trees, and shrubs
- Unload and stock shipments
- Shipment-related tasks including picking, packing, and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Warehouse experience is an asset
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to record data and stay organized
- Must love dogs (we have warehouse dogs)
- Reliable transportation required (on-site position)
