Peppers Big Chili Hybrid (68 Days)
40,000-50,000 Scoville Units
A standout hot pepper for those who love big flavour and big yields! Big Chilli Hybrid produces impressively large 8 in. fruit with thick flesh and a surprisingly low pungency, about one-third the heat of a jalapeño. This makes it a great choice for cooks who want heat they can control without overwhelming the dish.
Peppers mature from green to red, but are most often harvested and enjoyed at the green stage for their bright, fresh flavour. Plants are very heavy producers, delivering a generous crop all season long.
A productive, versatile hot pepper that’s perfect for grilling, stuffing, slicing, and adding manageable heat to your favourite recipes.

Once plants have reached 5 in. transplant to 3 in. peat pots. Plants will develop better with a growing temperature of 17°C until transplanting out.
Pro Tip: Fertilize weekly with Liquid Seaweed Fertilizer for strong root development. Do not transplant out till night temperatures are warm.
