Pepper Sriracha (80 Days)
1,000-2,000 Scoville Units
If you love classic sriracha sauce, this is the pepper to grow! Sriracha peppers produce large, smooth, dark green fruit that ripen to a vibrant red with excellent shelf life and consistent heat. The flavour is bold, bright, and perfect for homemade hot sauce, stir-fries, grilling, and roasting.
Compact plants reach about 19 in., making them ideal for patio containers or small garden spaces. Just be sure to provide a sunny location with 6+ hours of direct sun for best production.
A reliable, flavourful pepper that brings authentic sriracha-style heat straight from your garden.
