Use them fresh, or dry and grind into your own homemade hot pepper powder. Plants are easy to grow and perfect for small gardens, raised beds, and patio pots.

Size: Stands at approximately 24 to 36 in. tall with small peppers.

Yield: High yield of small peppers suitable for fresh use or drying.

Taste: Fiery heat ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville units, with a distinct flavor.

How to use: Excellent for making sauces, enhancing dishes with heat, or for culinary experiments.

Planting tips: Start seed indoors 6 to 8 weeks before transplanting out to the garden. Cover seeds with 1/4 in. of soil. Firm soil over seed. Keep moist but not waterlogged. To germinate maintain a soil temperature of 22°C. Seed should germinate in 10 to 14 days. Once seeds have sprouted, provide 14 to 16 hours of light per day. Once plants have reached 5 in., transplant to 3 in. peat pots. Plants develop better with a growing temperature of 17°C until transplanting out.

Harvest tips: Harvest as peppers reach full color, typically when fully red.
