Nous sommes heureux de vous proposer deux variétés de chèvrefeuille comestible Haskap. Ces chèvrefeuilles sont extrêmement rustiques et précoces. La fleur résiste à des températures jusqu'à -8 °C et les fruits sont prêts à être récoltés dès la troisième semaine de juin. Leur saveur, qui rappelle un mélange de myrtilles et de framboises, est d'une texture fondante. Ils produisent une graine minuscule, quasiment imperceptible à la dégustation. Reconnus en Europe et au Japon pour leurs bienfaits sur la santé, notamment leurs propriétés antioxydantes, le chèvrefeuille Haskap est également apprécié pour sa saveur unique. Il présente un fort potentiel commercial, mais convient aussi parfaitement aux jardiniers amateurs. Cet arbuste naturellement bas, de 1,20 à 1,80 m, ne nécessite que peu d'entretien. Ces variétés améliorées ont été développées par l'Université de la Saskatchewan. Nous vous proposons un exemplaire de chaque variété : Boreal Blizzard et Boreal Beauty.
- Ils commenceront à porter des fruits dans 2 à 3 ans. Les oiseaux en raffolent également, c'est pourquoi l'installation d'un filet anti-oiseaux est recommandée.
Instructions de plantation
CES PLANTES SONT DES JEUNES PLANTES, ELLES DOIVENT DONC ÊTRE TRANSPLANTÉES DIRECTEMENT EN PLANTATION.
Elles préfèrent le plein soleil. Elles apprécient un sol bien drainé ; évitez les sols lourds et humides. Espacez-les d’au moins 1 m. Fertilisez-les toutes les deux semaines avec un engrais pour rosiers et fraisiers (10-52-17) et de l’engrais liquide à base d’algues .
RÉCOLTE : C’est la première récolte à mûrir. Les baies commencent à changer de couleur début juin à début juillet et sont mûres 7 à 10 jours plus tard en année normale. Une fois qu’elles sont complètement violettes, patientez quelques jours pour qu’elles arrivent à pleine maturité. Pour vérifier leur maturité, croquez-en une en deux. Si l’intérieur est vert, elle n’est pas mûre. À maturité, l’intérieur doit être rouge. Vertes, les baies sont légèrement amères et peuvent avoir un goût herbacé ou une légère astringence.

Received 2 packages dry rooted. Only one has grown. Both planted at the same time. Only one plant has grown
We’re sorry to hear that only one of your two Haskap plants survived. Receiving the plants with dry roots can make it more difficult for them to establish, and we understand how disappointing it is when plants that were planted at the same time have such different results. I bought something like 10 of these and all but one survived. Bought 9 from another well known PEI company here on the east coast and only 3 survived of theirs. Will be replacing with product from T&T.
We bought four, four died almost immediately, not sure why.

All of my haskap berry bushes sprouted then died.
We’re sorry to hear that your Haskap bushes sprouted but then died. Young plants can sometimes struggle to establish due to transplant stress, inconsistent moisture, poor drainage, heat or other environmental conditions.

These two plants have just taken off!
Two of the four plants were scraggly and didn’t survive planting, but the other two are doing fine.
The two plants are growing well. I am keeping up with weeding around them and have them fenced off to protect them until they are larger. Very happy with them
one died the other is growing fine !
The haskap rootling were sent at just the right time to avoid damage during delivery. Most happy that i could see green already sprouting on each variety and can't wait to plant & watch them grow ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you T&T!
