Lily 'Sweet Sugar' is an LA hybrid with light lavender-pink flowers heavily speckled with deeper pink, especially in the throat. The effect looks almost spray-painted.
Upward-facing blooms, about 5 in. across, open five to seven per stem in early to midsummer. They have a light scent.
LA hybrids were bred for cut flowers, with strong stems and long-lasting blooms. Plant it in a sunny border or cutting garden. Plant bulbs in fall or spring in well-drained soil, with the tops in sun and the roots shaded.
