Rhubarb Macdonald Red

MacDonald Red is a classic rhubarb developed at Macdonald College in Québec. It produces large, tender red stalks that cook to a rich pink.

Plants are very vigorous, upright and heavy cropping, with good resistance to root rot. Use the stalks for pies, sauces, preserves and baking.
