Double Play® Doozie® spirea produces waves of purple-red blooms from early summer to frost, and you never need to deadhead. New growth comes in deep red.
It's sterile, so it won't seed around the garden. It's also drought tolerant and deer resistant.
The compact, mounded habit suits borders, edging, foundations and mass plantings in sun.
