Beet Boldor is a striking heirloom variety that produces large, dark-golden skinned roots with vibrant yellow interiors. Known for its excellent sweet flavour, this beet is perfect for juicing, shredding, or roasting. The tender young leaves can also be added to salads for a nutritious boost. This variety retains its brilliant gold colour even after cooking.
Size: Mature plants grow to approximately 10 to 12 in. tall, with roots averaging 2 to 3 in. in diameter.
Yield: Each packet contains around 100 seeds, which can sow enough for approximately 25 ft. of row.
