This heirloom variety is a striking pure white beet from Holland, featuring smooth, round contours and super sweet flesh that is quite unusual for a beet. Its lovely colour and flavour make it a wonderful addition to your garden. The greens are also edible and delicious, adding versatility for any garden enthusiast. Not just for culinary uses, this beet can even be used for making sugar!
Size: Grows to approximately 2 to 3 in. in diameter with a plant height of about 12 to 18 in.
Yield: 7 g of beet seed sows around a 25 ft. row, producing a bountiful harvest.
Taste: Mildly sweet with a tender texture, this white beet offers a unique taste that stands out among typical red varieties.
How to use: Excellent for fresh eating, roasting, or pickling. The greens can also be sautéed or added to salads for a nutritious boost.
