Size: Roots measure approximately 2 to 3 in. in diameter, with mature plants growing to a height of about 12 to 18 in.

Yield: Approximately 7g of beet seed sows about a 25 ft. row, producing a generous crop over the season.

Taste: Sweet, mild flavour with a tender texture that is particularly suited for pickling or roasting.

How to use: Ideal for roasting, pickling, or adding to salads for a burst of colour and sweetness. Can also be used in juices.
