Borage

Also known as Starflower, Bee Bush, Bee Bread, and Bugloss, borage is a medicinal herb with edible leaves and flowers. Bright blue, star-shaped blooms add striking colour and make a beautiful garnish for ice cream, salads, and drinks. The fuzzy green leaves have a fresh cucumber-like flavour, and the plant is a magnet for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, making it a must-have for pollinator gardens.

Planting Tip:
