This heavy-bearing Brussels sprout variety features sturdy, straight plants with vibrant green, 1 in. sprouts that reveal a delicious yellow interior. With a higher brix (sugar content) than other hybrids, they develop a wonderfully sweet flavour, especially after frost. The frost not only enhances their taste but ensures that even the last harvests of the season are as delightful as the first.
Size: Mature plants reach 24 to 36 in. tall with compact growth, producing firm sprouts about 1 in. in diameter.

Harvest tips: Harvest when sprouts are firm and about 1 in. in diameter, starting from the bottom of the plant up as they mature. Keep picking to promote further sprout development.
