This mild flavoured Cabbage can be substituted in any recipe calling for Cabbage! Forms solid yellow-white oval heads which collapse at maturity enabling easy separation of leaves. Average 4lb. at maturity. Great for cabbage rolls, boiled, steamed, pan or stir-fried, stuffed and pickled, its mild flavour is excellent for all of these.
