Planting tips: Evenly spread 1 tablespoon or 10 grams of seed onto the surface of a pre-wetted Grow Mat and gently press the seeds onto the surface. Ensure proper sanitation by soaking seeds in a mix of 1 tbsp of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide with 2 tbsp of water for optimal performance.
Harvest tips: Harvest approximately 10 to 20 days after sowing, when they have reached a height of 1 to 2 in. Cut just above the soil line for best regrowth.
