My mother and I both received our roots and planted as directed. They were slow to the off but my mother’s is now blooming and I have about 15 buds almost ready to bloom. No issues with ours and they are beautiful

Bare roots arrived rotten!
When customer service was contacted I was told to plant them anyway and contact them in 6 weeks if the didn't grow
Something this rotten is basically compost and will not grow! Customer service was very rude!
Was a happy customer for the last 3 years but this last experience will end my dealings with this company

My root didn’t do anything.

My first 2 did not come up and so you replaced them and those also did not come up. I followed the directions and suggestions given on the accompanying sheet of instructions

6 weeks since planted and no life.
Hi Cheryl, IF your item has not leafed out after 6 weeks from the date it was planted, (Some rootstock can take up to 10 weeks) you are welcome to submit a warranty claim. Claims must be submitted no later than October 31st.
To help us properly review your claim, please send an email to garden@ttseeds.com and include clear photos of the plant and area where the plant has been planted. Photos are required for all warranty claims.
To better understand the situation and provide you with the best possible assistance, we also ask that you include the following information:
The steps you took during the planting process (such as soil preparation, planting depth, and spacing).
Details about how you have been caring for the plant since planting, including your watering schedule, fertilization, sunlight exposure, and the approximate temperature conditions.
Once we receive this information, our Customer Service team will carefully review your claim and follow up with you as soon as possible.
