Cajun Belle produces small, bell-shaped fruit that start green, turn scarlet, and finally ripen to a rich deep red, each stage offering great flavour. These peppers have incredible taste whether eaten fresh, cooked, or added to salsas and stir-fries. Plants are compact, about 2 ft. tall, yet highly productive, making them ideal for patios, raised beds, and smaller gardens.
