If you prefer a late fall Turnip with yellow flesh, grow this variety. A good Turnip grown extensively by market gardeners.
Planting Instructions
Sow rutabaga seed as early as soil can be worked in the spring. Seed 1/2 in. deep, 2-3 seeds per 1 in. of row. Space the rows 18 in. apart. Once plants reach 2 in. high thin to 4 in. apart. Harvest roots after the first heavy frost, frost improves the flavor of rutabaga. Store at approximately 5°C in open bins. Fertilize with 10-52-17 and Liquid Seaweed for strong root development.

So far they look great. Hopefully a good harvest.
