If you prefer a late fall Turnip with yellow flesh, grow this variety. A good Turnip grown extensively by market gardeners, Rutabaga Laurentian boasts excellent hardiness and flavour that improves with frost. The yellow flesh is sweet and makes for a hearty addition to winter meals.
Size: Mature plants reach approximately 12 to 15 in. tall with a root size of 3 to 5 in. in diameter.
