This should be your earliest-ever Cucumber. All-female flowers means you don't need bees early in the season to cross-pollinate. And you get a huge crop for early pickling or salads. Harvest when 4-6 in. European-type, unusual skin texture.

I have been using this breed for many years. I highly recommend Cool Breeze cucumber! They are incredibly crisp, very firm, making them perfect for pickling. Plus, they stay crunchy and last a long time in the jar!
Plants grew about 18” tall and didn’t produce many cucumbers. Will stick with king of the castle going forward, more reliable
Hi James, thanks for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear the yield wasn't as expected. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll find success with King of the Castle next time. If you have any questions or need advice, feel free to reach out!
Extremely productive pickling cucumber. Minimum maintenance. Seeds germinated at 100%. First time planted but won't be last !
Hi there, we're thrilled to hear how well your cucumber plants are doing! Thank you for sharing your positive experience. We look forward to your next harvest!
excellent yield
Very tasty
Small cucumber plants sat underwater for almost 2 weeks but they never died. Constant rain stunted their growth fora month but now they have takenoff. Loaded with small cucumbers!! Other plants in the garden drowned and died but the cucumbers survived this devastating weather. Awesome!!
Great germination, blooming and production
These are great! Nice and crunchy and high producing. Great for snacking and pickles.
First time I have grown these cucumbers. Lots of flowers and lots of cucs. I find they are very prickly, but tasty. Can't wait to try pickling them.
Are doing well
Love the cool breeze cucumbers! Good germination. Great producers! Almost ready to taste this year!
My cucumber seeds have a very hard time going up this year
Great production and excellent for dill pickles as well as eating fresh .
Growing like crazy. Will wait to review in September
75% success with the seeds however won't know till i actually eat the cucumber
Love these cucumbers for making dills and are great to eat fresh from the vine. Not bitter at all, can eat the peel not tough and very crispy.
very poor germination
Hi,
We're sorry to hear that you experienced poor germination with your Cool Breeze Cucumbers. This is one of our most popular cucumber varieties and generally has excellent germination when planted under the recommended conditions.
Please contact our Customer Service team at garden@ttseeds.com with photos of your planting setup, your planting date, and details about your growing conditions (including soil temperature, watering, and planting depth). We'll be happy to review the information with you and determine the cause, as cucumber seeds require warm soil and consistent moisture for optimal germination.
We appreciate your feedback and look forward to assisting you.
A lot of them did not come up don’t know if it was the seed or the weather
Very few came up I’ve planted them other years and they were fine
Poor germination rate and not hardy at all to cool spring conditions. I grew them last year and did have better germination results. Also price of seed is way overpriced, I won’t buy them again…
Best pickling cucumber. Abundant crop. Easy to clean. Can be left to grow larger for eating.
Best producing cucumber I have ever had. Produces in all kinds of weather.
Favourite variety of cucumber, been growing them for over 6 years now. They make awesome pickles and taste amazing fresh, never bitter.
Absolutely amazing. I would appreciate the botanical name on the seed envelope.
The plants produced well and the cucumbers didn't give me acid reflux!
These are the best cucmbers ever. Easy to grow, pick and wash for pickling, especially for dill pickles. They are also great for fresh eating in salads or right off the vine into your mouth. If you can't find Cool Breeze seeds, Corentine Hybrid is almost exactly the same.
I like these cucumbers because they are easy to wash for pickling.
