2 out of 3 died, and very soon after purchase. No warranty. Very upsetting and disappointing. I assumed this company was decent, and would replace the plants next spring.
Hi Robin, We apologize for the confusion on our warranty policy. Our warranty only covers plants that do not break dormancy. Since your plants did break dormancy and produced buds and leaves, they fall outside the scope of our warranty coverage. We do stand behind the quality of our plants and honour our warranty when the warranty conditions are met. This policy is in place because once dormancy is broken, many environmental and growing factors beyond our control can affect the plants' health and performance. While we're unable to approve your claim in this case, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
They came one 6 inches and one 4 inches. I will need to order more next year as too much rain killed them as can’t find them.
Only 2 out of the 3 ended up sprouting
They are growing and doing well.
