My records show that I ordered 10 of these but only 6 (2 bundles of 3) arrived. They didn't look so good after being so long in transit. When I sent a copy of my doc to you saying I expected 10 but got 6, your staff kindly sent along 4 more and these arrived in just a few days. They were in great shape and have established better than the first 6. All 10 are alive but three look pretty rough.
