The McIntosh Apple Tree is famous for its fresh fruit, which boasts a light, tangy flavour. They are great apples for fresh eating or use them for baking and cooking in pies and sauces, and even apple cider. Not self-fertile, you will need to plant another variety to achieve fruiting. Our Honeycrisp apple tree makes an excellent tree for pollination. Solarmac produces apples that are medium in size, crisp, juicy, and having a white flesh. These apples will ripen mid September.
