Description

Up to 40 “pinkie” size ears, perfect for stir-fries or pickles and as crunchy finger food. Ears are loaded with multi-colored kernels. Pick before silks turn brown. Seed is small.

Planting Instructions

Sow when danger of hard frost is past, in rows 1 m (36 in) apart, 4 cm (1 1/2 in) deep and about 45 cm (18 in) apart. Spacing the plants this way will increase yield. Perfect for harvest at the silking stage, for those baby ears of corn used in stir-fries, pickles and as crunchy finger food. If left to mature, this corn will produce the smallest ornamental ears 8 cm (3 in) long. Ears will be bigger when plants are well fertilized or pollinated by other corn.
