A grand old standby!
Fast growing shrub with pea shaped yellow flowers in late spring. Dark green lobed foliage. Extremely heat and drought tolerant. Ideal for hedges, screens or windbreaks where toughness is one of the most desirable features. Colourful yellow foliage in fall. Mature height 6 m (18 ft). 1 m (3 ft) plants. Plant 2 m (6 ft) apart.
