Description
This classic variety is a favourite where the growing season is short. A yellow sweet type,that bears big 6-7 in. ears on short stalks just 4ft. tall! The ears are very uniform, neatly filled with about 12 rows of plump, tender kernels.
Sugary Types (SU) – Sugary types are the original sweet corn. Full-bodied corn taste. Cold tolerant. Eat immediately after picking for best flavour.
Planting Instructions
Sow when danger of hard frost is past, in rows 36 in. apart, 1.5 in. deep and about 3 seeds per 12 in. Firm down soil. Seed prefers 15°C for proper germination. Cultivate shallowly as roots are very close to the surface. As corn is a heavy feeder, apply 3258 Corn Fertilizer every 10 days up until harvest.A 50 gram package will sow approximately 60ft. row
