Description
Beautiful, 5-pointed pods are deep red when small, fading to a lighter
red/pink when larger. They turn a light green when cooked. Fast maturing
with a mid to late summer harvest season. Attractive pink-tinted edible
flower. Okra pods, leaves and flowers are edible. The seeds can be
roasted and ground into a coffee substitute.
