Bright-green leaves with contrasting dark maroon stems and veins add colour and taste to your salad. Same sharp, tangy flavor as regular sorrel. Recommended variety for indoor production. Best when harvested young for salad mix as large leaves are tough. Has great ornamental use at full size. A unique salad green!
