Description
Edible, peppery, clove-like flavour use as a garnish on salads, desserts, and drinks. Long stems with 1.5 – 2 inch, pale pink blooms. Early blooming, and uniform. This variety produces one flowering stem per plant. Pinching is not advisable as it will terminate flowering. Mature height 24 – 32 inches.
