Description
Noted for its’ large blooms, this annual offers summer through fall interest with large, creamy white, fully double blooms on long stems that are excellent for cut flowers. They have a mild, sweet, marshmallow fragranced and a long vase life. Use the flowers to dress up salads and desserts. Flavour is floral with hints of citrus and spice, and slightly bitter. Remove the petals from the flower base before consuming as the base can be quite bitter. Ht. 70-90 cm ( 28–36 in).
